JCC Survival of the Fittest Contest
JCC of Sq. Hill had a fitness contest, Greater Pittsburgh Survival of the Fittest. Happened on May 24, 2009, on a Sunday. This was after a morning workout at the outdoor pool, long course.
Erik did the following:
Pushups = 37 for 7 points
Pullups = 7 for 7 points
Situps in a minute = 46 for 5 points
Body Fat % was 14.3% and 3 points
Bike was on one mile course on the station / course with 2:52 and 5 points
Rowing on the ergomoter was 1316 for 6 points.
Bench press was 70% of body weight for 16 REPS for 4 points.
Total points was 37.
